Read the whole interview, it's just one page. But the more I see and read of Rove, the more I appreciate a candid, unrepentant approach to one's own actions. He, obviously, has a great deal of contempt for his interviewer; and I find it interesting (yet consistent with the overall dishonesty of the NY Times) that it states at the bottom of the single page: "Interview conducted, condensed and edited by Deborah Solomon".
