Ann Althouse adds some sense to an incredible argument

This Supreme Court is quite clearly the enemy of progressivism.... What is to be done?

Apparently Reed Hundt seems to think that SCOTUS is now the enemy of all that is right and good in the world, and that something has to be done about it. Seems to me, once again, that when the children don't get their way, throwing a tantrum is their preferred way of dealing with the issue.
