Everyone should stop watching "American Idol"!

Althouse: I think I'm going to have to stop watching "American Idol.":

"Must I once again live through the early auditions, where one mouth after another opens and something either reasonably good or horribly bad comes out?

What difference does it make? It will either be good or bad. If it's bad, you're to laugh."

This is a great idea, and restores my faith in Ms. Althouse....
